"Directly across from" Bayside Marketplace's "restaurants, shops and entertainment" and "close to I-95" and the Port of Miami, this "old" property surely isn't "top of the line" say reveiwers, but, nevertheless, it's a "sound choice for those taking cruises"; guests praise the "good security" and "attentive staff", and say the "adequately sized" rooms are "clean and comfy", if a bit "dated" and "worn down."

I loved the view from the room, and the room was very good too plus more of the staff was very friendly.

The garage does not have enough capacity, and we had to park outside. It was late when we arrived and nobody helped us with the luggage. WiFi did no work.

I think it is a good hotel, and I would return there because of the location.

It was a nightmare.

I would never bother again I requested a double bed - got a king, the keys were changed 2 times, keep in mind we were on the 7th floor & the elevators weren't working properly so that took about 2 hours before they finally sent someone from facilities. The staff was visibly drunk. When

Very convenient to the AA Arena and the Waterfront Port.

Small, slow, and unreliable elevators. Had to be rescued by firefighters.

We have stayed here before and love to stay here because it is close to the pier (we are cruisers) and Bay side.

Again we have stayed at this hotel 4 other times before leaving on a cruise. We love it that it is so close to the pier and we love shopping and doing excursions at Bay side. Love it, love it, love it. People were wonderful and our room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back. ...read more
